JOURNAL “ALL ABOUT MEAT - THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF MEAT PROCESSING Journal “All about meat - the theory and practice of meat processing” is published by the editing and publishing department of the V.M. Gorbatov All-Russian Meat Research Institute of Rosselkhozacademia since 1998. The journal “All about meat - the theory and practice of meat processing” is addressed to those who see in the concept of the “knowledge economics” the formula of sustainable development. The journal pages propose the solutions to the difficult industrial problems.
