Department of standardization, certification and quality control systems

The department of standardization, certification and control systems of quality - one of leading divisions of institute in the field of technical regulation, in sphere of acknowledgement of conformity of food production, including within the limits of the Uniform Customs union also renders services in working out and introduction of systems of management of safety and quality (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS).

In 1959 at institute the department of standardization of raw materials and production and introduction of the finished research works from which in 1961 in connection with expansion of volume of introduction of the finished works the introduction department has been allocated has been created, and the standardization department is transformed to laboratory «raw materials and production Standardization».

In 1970th years experts of department had been developed the complete set of methodical standard documents providing introduction at the enterprises of branch of a complex control system by quality which substantive provisions have been assumed as a basis at creation of the international control system by quality of production and working out of the international standards of series ISO 9000.

In November, 1990 on the basis of department the Order of Committee of the Russian Federation on standardization, metrology and certification had been created Technical committee «Meat and meat production».

In 1992 the body on certification of food production and food raw materials has been accredited.

Since 2003 on the basis of department there is a supervising body of System of voluntary certification "HACCP-MEAT", accrediting when due hereunder bodies on certification of control systems by quality of production.

In 2007 by Rostehregulirovanie is accredited Body on certification of systems of quality management (the accreditation certificate – №РОСС RU.0001.13ИФ23).

In June 2004 the Methodical center rendering to the enterprises of the food-processing industry the consulting help by working out, introduction and preparation for certification of control systems by quality and safety has been created.
